Managing Director & Principal Trainer

Goh Tat Boon is a retired police officer with 35 years of service in the Singapore Police Force (SPF). He was the first ever “Expert Investigator” appointed in Singapore. In addition, Goh Tat Boon was the head of the special investigation section within the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), and Head of Investigation at the Bedok Police Divisions.
He specialized in major crime investigation in the CID, such as homicide, missing persons, firearms, kidnapping and ransom. His expertise also includes commercial crime and workplace incidents.
His strategic and analytical approach enabled him to unravel many complex and sensitive cases, and he played a pivotal role in enhancing the investigative capabilities of these departments.
His participation and interaction with foreign counterparts from international agencies has also enriched his investigative toolkit, which served him well during his career. To this day, he is committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in investigative techniques and methodologies.

Tan Peng Kwee is a consultant with the law firm, Aptus Law Corporation. He has trained in the judiciary, law enforcement and accounting sectors.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a police officer with the Singapore Police Force (SPF). He currently conducts training sessions in criminal law and procedures, for crime investigation officers with the Home Team Academy (HTA) in the SPF. Topics include white-collar crimes and national security laws, from basic to expert levels.
At present, he conducts continuing professional education seminars for professionals in the corporate and finance sectors. These include the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), commercial institutions and multinational corporations. Tan Peng Kwee also sits on the “Financial Forensic Accounting - Syllabus and Assessment Sub-Committee” of the ISCA.
